SPACE APPS CHALLENGE BROUGHT TO YOU BY NASA
Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) is an internationally oriented university headquartered in Trondheim and campuses in Ålesund and Gjøvik. Norwegian Cyber Range (NCR) is an arena for testing, training and research in cyber security. In the Norwegian Cyber Range, users and systems are exposed to realistic events in a safe environment. NCR is based at NTNU in Gjøvik. Gjøvik is a small city with beautiful scenery in north of Oslo.
NCR would like to welcome space enthusiasts for NASA’s international space apps challenge 2018. Space Apps is an international hackathon that occurs over 48 hours in cities around the world. Coders, scientists, designers, storytellers, makers, builders, technologists, and everyone enthusiastic about curiosity come together to address challenges we face on the Earth and in space! Now, we invite you to be a part of this exciting, collaborative scientific exploration, as we pair NASA’s data with problem solvers across the globe. Join us on October 19-21 for the 2018 International Space Apps Challenge, with challenges to better understand the Earth and Space!
